All of Nursing and PT staff I encountered were outstanding. Most notable was Nurse Valerie Guentner-Smith. Valerie was kind, organized, caring and quick to respond.
My name is Shawn Moore and I had a wonderful experience at Encompass. All of the nurses took great care of me, the physical and occupational therapy teams were fantastic. Even the food was great. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a top notch facility for your loved one. All the rooms are private and it's as clean as can be. Truth be told I didn't want to leave, even though I knew it was time. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Encompass is an outstanding rehab hospital! The doctors, nurses, and rehab staff there were such experts in caring for me after my vascular surgery! Their medical oversight along with the kindness and patience that they showed me and my wife definitely had a positive impact on the progress that I made with wound healing during the time I was there.
