health south is clean nice staff and easy to find.
Very nice atmosphere. Very clean. No smell. Great staff. Convenient parking.
This has been my 3rd time at this facility, the therapy staff and nursing & woundcare staff are great . The food however needs revamping and bit more selection and healthier. Few more things or activity on down time after therapy would help social therapy.
NURSE CAUGHT LYING and ALLOWED MY GRANDMOTHER TO SUFFER NEEDLESSLY IN PAIN! The chief nursing officer called it a MISTAKE (really)... The law calls it NEGLIGENCE! Let me start off by saying the care during the week has been fantastic, but as we know, one bad apple can ruin the bunch. My grandmother had a total knee replacement and her surgeon suggested that she needed to go to rehab at HealthSouth City View. The problem has been with the care on the weekends.
