Currently a patient. Physically Therapy is great under appreciated. Case Managing poor lack communication skills. Food good very poor selection for Diabetic. Food Manager needs to Go!!! Place needs a good cleaning. Corp needs to spend some money in support of the facility

Unfortunately they have no Communication with the patients POA. Patient has a severe learning disability, he has the mentality of a child. The facility has been told this several times yet they still have him sign for his care.which isn’t even legal when he has a POA. They set up discharge with a family member that was in the room, not with the contact person. I’ve called left voicemail several times and still haven’t received a call.
