Vincent was great! He came out and took care of our maintenance request on a Sunday with great attitude and enthusiasm! Thank you again
Overall, nice place to live it’s a good area if you work in the Navy yard or if you’re a Philly sports fan. It’s relatively quiet other than the occasional train passing by. It’s well kept and landscaping/snow removal is satisfactory. I would recommend these apartments.
I have been a tent at the townhomes and I’ve had a great experiences with the maintenance team. They are always prompt, professional, and courteous. They resolve issues quickly. Thank you for providing excellent service!
Vincent did a great job. He was prompt and efficient.
