Vincent is always the best in attending any maintenance requests I submit. He’s very helpful & is always positive. He’s efficient & a hard worker & I highly recommend him if you need any maintenance done!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from Miss Robin regarding a rental appointment. We scheduled an appointment to view an apartment, and I took time out of my day to attend as agreed. However, upon my arrival, I was informed by Miss Robin that the apartment was already gone. The place is full of roaches, they do not do much about it and they make sure to let you know that you are bothering them. Both maintenance and front desk are quite rude (only after you moved in) and you very often will get a disrespectful look when requesting service (which you'll have to do quite frequently)
