Won't give me my money back after making it nearly impossible for me to move in. I've basically been ghosted as Tiffany hasn't even responded at all, but this isn't the first time. I really wish I paid attention to the reviews. I thought I was being cordial (see images) but now I have to be a jerk and write a bad review. I'll delete the review after I get my $500 back. FYI otherapartments the area don't request money until you're actually moved in. Complete scam.
Vincent was very professional and knowledgeable about what the issue was. He fixed the problem and everything if working perfectly fine now.
Maintenance team here is great. Vin is super helpful and always gets here right away when I put a maintenace request in. No complaints!
I have been living in enclaves for four years and haven’t found a better place than here. I felt welcome and at home. Also, I appreciate how quickly they respond to any maintenance requests.
