Update on my last review: I want to warn others about my experience with this apartment complex. I moved out on August 1st, yet they are trying to charge me $2,400 for days I wasn’t even living there, up until August 14th (a full months rent). I had notified the office ahead of time about ending my lease and have email proof. Front office literally lost my key one time. Maintenance wouldn’t let us review security footage for a stolen bike, then lied when asked if they looked at it themselves. There’s currently an ongoing lawsuit into water contamination from the old rocketdyne site. Lots more I could say.
We submitted an application for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in this building on May 23rd. The landlord offered one month's free rent if we move in by May 31st. A $150 holding fee and $50 per application fee for background checks were paid, totaling $256. I completed my application, but my brother's application was delayed due to an incorrect email address.
