So I’m writing an honest review. I went there once and there was a lady inside she didn’t even bother to open the gate for me and it was all security controlled and nobody showed up to open the gate for me. It was an existing resident who opened the gate from inside for me and my husband and then we went in and then when we saw her and greet her, she was like oh I’m leaving for lunch so what if you’re leaving for lunch? After living here for two years, here’s my perspective: Scheduling an appointment in 2023: On November 29, I found this apartment on Google around noon and scheduled a 3:30 pm tour. Future resident parking made arrival easy. Morgan showed me the 2-bedroom. I applied on December 1, was approved on the 4th, signed the lease on the 5th, and moved in on the 8th. The best building with all the amenities! Everything is always clean throughout the entire property! The apartments are large and comfortable! The office staff are the best, they will always help with any question! If you are thinking of living here, you will be happy!
Lived here for 2 yrs. Mostly good, just the usual apartment life. Upstairs neighbors were loud and, unfortunately, the building fire alarm had a habit of going off randomly (outside of the maintenance checks). The staff were really nice and the pest control was great. There were a time or two where something needed to be fixed a second time and sometimes that second visit did not fix the issue.
