My husband and I purchased a new house from peggy at enclave at sherwood park in delray. Shes been incredible throughout the whole process. The construction manager Mark has been so attentive to my requests and detailed in explaining all the features of my new home. He’s always available in person, via phone and text to talk with me to answer any and all questions, no matter how trivial they may be. He has the patience of a saint! Cant say enough good things about some of the people at Enclave at Sherwood Park. Mark Walker the Construction Manager is beyond wonderful. He is THERE anytime there is a problem, need or question. He responds immediately and NEVER ignores a text or email. He is the Best part of Pulte in my book. Our salesperson, Andrea Osman is exactly the same. As she says, "I want my homeowners to be happy" and goes to great lengths to make that happen. However, the one problem with the Pulte organization lies in the HOA representation. T... read more

We recently moved into this neighborhood, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The community is exceptionally well-kept and the landscape is well maintained despite the construction of multiple homes still going on. Our construction manager Mark, has been incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available to answer questions and address any concerns we might have.
