Almost the best The apartments are super nice and pretty affordable for the size of the apartment. My only criticism, is that the management could be a bit more organized. Sometimes, they put notices to "inspect" the premises less than 24 hours in advance. The pool is nice and the office staff are fabulous. The staff is always so nice!
Love it! We have been here for almost two years and we LOVE it! Maintenance has been pretty good about keeping up on our work orders. Gym has recently been updated and has all new machines. No problems with bugs of any kind! Location is great! Right by Valley Fair Mall and the freeway! Office staff is always polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it!
Disappointed The apt was actually pretty big, thats the only reason i moved in. It also looks pretty clean outside, the pool is alright. The gym only has about 5 equipments of which 2 dont work. At times people can be noisy but it's only because there is a good amount of residents. During my year here there have been cops about 3-5 times. The office was not very helpful. In fact they gave my parking space to someone else and I had to park outside for 8 days before someone bothered to give me another space. The office stuff c... read more
