Verified Renter Enclave apts on redwood is the place to call home. Very nice apts and amenities. Indoor/outdoor pool with jacuzzi as well as cabanas and bbq. Splash pad for the kids too. 1-3 bedroom apts available. Staff is professional and maintenance here is great.

Verified Renter Charges this much for so little. Cheap apartments with a premium price. Badly maintained grounds. Nickel and dime you for what would be a normal switch in broken appliances or repairs at any other complex. They haven't even set up their voice-mail or bothered to change the voice-mail greeting in the several years since they changed their name. I would not recommend this place, it isn't worth the insane rent hikes or problems.

Verified Renter My stay here at Enclave has been a very pleasing experience worry free! I have lived at Enclave for over a year now, & my experience with Enclave maintenance has been a happy one. They have always responded to my queries in a timely fashion, so I can go about my day worry free. Community is clean & well kept, also very quiet. Excellent place to live!

Verified Renter I love it here, complete 180 from the community I was living in before. Seems like these people actually care about the quality of their apartment homes and efficiency of their maintenance team. Every problem Ive had has been addressed super quick, even if it wasnt an emergency. I look forward to the rest of my time here.

Verified Renter The upgrade door latches are junk and half of them are wrong for the door style If this apartment is an upgrade, then my old one was the penthouse suit.

Verified Renter Enclave at redwood is a decently set / priced apartments. They have a lot of flaws that need fixing but overall i have enjoyed my stay here, there is a problem with roaches in multiple buildings as i've noticed over the two years living here. The lay out is spacious and the staff in general are decent, just have to call a few times to get an answer.
