I love the privacy and how quiet it is, especially at night. I love how maintenance comes immediately when there's an issue you may be having. As far as Lacey, well, she's a doll. Best apt.I have ever lived in. Love The fireplace and the view. We have a gym and 2 pools. I give it 5 stars.
My stay at The Enclave was during Hurricane Irma, solid, well built complex had very little damage. The fact that Lacey Pfirrman was onsite throughout the entire storm is a reflection of the professionalism put forth daily. I would highly recommend the Enclave to everyone I know looking for a place to live that feels like home from day one !
From the first time I met Lacey I knew that the residents of this community had the best person around. Every time I am in the office lacey goes above and beyond to help myself and any resident in the office. On multiple occasions I have seen lacey basically walk hand in hand with a potential new resident explaining and assuring there happiness belongs at enclave. If it wouldn't have been for lacey I would have never known that a community can be loved so much by an office manager.
Great place, family friendly an a always professional staff. Lacey the office manager is the nicest person I've ever met always willing to lend a helping hand. Just great people.
It was a really rough start for us are Enclave.. however it has really turned around. The staff really took the time to make it better for us. Lacy really makes sure she listens and does whatever in her power to make it right. It is because of her we stayed really.
Lacey Pfirrman is a great property manager and always has my back. She knows me by name and that makes me feel like a valued tenant.
