Can't imagine moving I love it here. The location is awesome. When management switched, there were some expected growing pains, but I think the office staff of Ashley and Maggie have done a great job building a community here. They have added food trucks, social mixers, door decorating contests, game nights. The maintenance staff of Jason and Dave are seriously top notch and it says a lot that they live on property. RecommendedMy experience living here has been phenomenal. I enjoy the peace in the quiet. My apartment is spacious, no bugs, and up-to-date. The leasing staff in addition to the maintenance staff are all kind and very attentive. I am truly would recommend anyone to come live here. I would rate this place Five stars. We love it here! My husband and I literally researched every apartment complex in the Dunedin/Palm Harbor/Safety Harbor area. The Enclave at Northwood’s reviews over the past 4 years outshined all the rest. The grounds are beautiful, and the villa and townhouse units seemed much more homey to us than the barrack like design of other apt complexes. Great location, amazing staff. Feels like home.
This is my 3rd year at Enclave at Northwood and I feel like it’s home. It’s wooded and quiet, bedrooms are spacious with walk in closets and the staff are great. Very happy here.
I have lived here now for 6 years. Very lovely, quiet and our resident maintenance folks are always helpful and timely. Jason and Josh. Great place!
I have lived here since 2009. It’s wonderful. Safe. Quiet. Good schools, homey feeling. Wonder for kids. The office staff is amazing!!! I can’t say enough about them and the whole team here !!!!
This is not a typical apartment complex. It is homey feeling, great office staff and maintenance crew! Extremely quick to resolve any issues and very professional.
“Luxury” apartment homes assembled and maintained by incompetent construction workers. Oh by the way, they will try to raise your rent when you aren’t happy. Renew my lease? I think not.
