My wife was able to see her clinician for just over a year at this practice and generally enjoyed it. However, recently, the practice required clinicians to make an impossible choice which ended with a few needing to leave as a result. This affects not only them as employees but her and others as clients. Therapy has allowed her to feel like she is supported and can handle her disability and life with the tools she needs. I strongly advise any seeking mental health services to avoid Encircle therapy at all costs. The therapists that work here are AMAZING, don't get me wrong. If you can afford the care, you will receive the best counseling. Here's the issue: Unfortunately, Encircle does not have an administrator or receptionist. It is impossible to speak to anyone about logistical matters such as paying your bill, navigating insurance, etc. Last year, I was notified almost 10 months into therapy that I had been paying the wrong co-pay and owed... read more

I LOVE Encircle! Thank you for all that you do and for making therapy so so affordable for the folks who can't afford it!
