X-rays, cleaning and exam all went well as usual. However, when I was trying to pay there was some confusion with my account. The receptionist said computer showed I didn't have insurance even though I do. Somehow a duplicate record had been created. She reconciled things quickly but I got the impression the mistake had something to do with a temp employee. Minor inconvenience, but wanted to bring it to your attention. I recently recommended a co-worker to your practice. Thank you.
I love this Dr. Elledge and his staff, they are all very professional and nice. The office is so beautiful, I always feel like a movie star. It's so wonderful that I actually like going to the dentist. LOL

I had an appointment for periodontal scaling that I was dreading. Joann worked with me the whole time to ensure I felt no pain. She partnered with me and let me know every step of the way what she was doing and I really appreciated that. We are now both interested in keeping my teeth!
I came to my appointment a day early and the staff was able to take me anyway. You are very accomodating, everyone is extremely frienly and helpful. Makes going to the dentist a pleasure rather than a pain.
