Overall, I've had great experiences with entire office. A couple of concerns, however.1. I don't understand why 8 AM appointments often do not start on time. 2. I must pre-medicate. Even though it is on my chart to remind me, the front office does not do so. I wish this notification would occur without fail.
Cutting edge dental instruments and equipment, friendly and efficient staff, young dentists with up to date methods and procedures - an excellent place.
Both the dentists and the assistant were very friendly, proficient, and created a relaxed atmosphere. The work done was efficient and painless. I'm very pleased at how it was done.

For each of the staff who attended to me (desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Jensen) I have to say that my feeling is that every one was patient and willing to listen to my perspective. All were friendly and very obviously focused on the customer. The level of expertise and professionalism of my treatment meets and exceeds that of any dental treatment I've received. As a new (returned) resident in town, I'm very pleased to have found this practice.
Dr. Jensen is a great Dentist. :He knows what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.(considering you're in a dentists chair). His offices are clean and bright. His staff is most attentive and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Jensen.
As a new patient I was pleased that an appointment was schedule a week after I called. The check in at the front desk was quick and easy and I was almost immediately ushered into the exam room. Crystal took a complete set of x-rays and the office and equipment is state of the arts. I was a patient of Dr. Gilman's and stayed with the practice when Dr. Jensen took over upon Dr. Gilman's retirement. I makes me extremely happy that Drs. Jensen and Elledge continue the friendly, efficient, and caring attitude. Both dentists and their staff are friendly!
Quick, friendly and relatively painless. FINALLY found a dentist office I like in Santa Fe!
