Second time here.. First time when my children were young. This time my children are teenagers. We went early, we told the Summit trail-it was not easy-modern challenging climbing up, going down was easier. The view was amazing! 360• view of Hill country- so worth it! I recommend you take water. Definitely making memories~
I had a great time! Staff was friendly, park was clean, trails were beautiful, and camping was just straight up AWESOME! I will be going back again soon!
Amazing hiking experience!! Driveing up to it, you don't realize just how big it is until you realize the black dots scaling the sides of it are people!!
