Terrible filth in cabin, owner was rude and wouldn't help us as the home was filled with rodent feces and my wife having stage 4 cancer could die from this filth. We begged to be moved to another cabin but she wouldn't do it. This left us no choice but to rent another cabin after only 2 days and ask for half of our money back and that was more than fair! BEWARE - HIDDEN PET FEES, rude manager! I booked Kayel's Mountain Retreat because Mountain Paws Cabin rentals (now Enchanted Mountain Retreats) advertise on their website that their cabins are pet friendly and that there are no pet fees whatsoever. The cabin I booked was advertised as follows: "Pets are allowed and will most likely enjoy napping on the screened in porch as much as you will."
