Friendly staff and owners! Sweet potato fries are a must.
Every spring, my wife and I visit. We share a Reuben and drink a beer. One of my favorite places to eat.

Went there for early dinner..there were 4 people at the bar and we were the only table customers. I ordered a brisket sandwich and wife got a Philly cheese steak. My wife told me her bread was very dry and not much flavor to the filling. I've ate and smoked many a brisket and noticed meat kept falling out of my sandwich and was in small pieces. I opened it up and was surprised that the meat was small pieces that looked like it was originally 1/2 inch slices..ive never seen a brisket that was only 1/2 inch thick..i was expect... read more
Man their burgers are absolutely amazing. I can't wait to try some of the other things on their menu. I love the atmosphere and the staff. Highly recommended!
Joe Peak would be proud of the delicious food and excellent customer service under the care of the Pit's new owners. I have so many wonderful memories of the Snakepit and look forward to making new ones on my visits back to the Silver Valley. *sure missed seeing Alfie the cat, though �
