So far, so great. The cost is fair, the administrative staff is very professional - and they are meticulous in making sure I have a good match in each caregiver. No one can guarantee perfection, but En Su Casa seems to care deeply for their clients, and has treated me as if I were their most important one. The caregivers are clean cut, dressed like professional health care workers, and have (as a whole) been bright, knowledgeable and thorough. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of temporary or long term care.
