We took the big step of deciding to get a caregiver for my father so that he could get the help he needed at home (as opposed to a facility). We called En Su Casa and they were available that same day to help us set up care for my father for the next day. They have been very flexible in meeting our scheduling needs and are available when needed for any questions/scheduling concerns.
