Over a year ago (March 2018) I sent Empress Management several emails and made phone calls about siding being off and roots growing behind the attached siding, Now August 2019 and again it hasn't bee repaired and getting worse I have again sent emails about the repair needing to be done on the exterior and yet again nothing-no reply no repair This is a common issue with this management company, they do nothing.
Horrible! Leak in guest bedroom ceiling someone showed up 4 hours after I was told they were coming. Also a work order was place to repair siding under several of my windows and 3 months later still nothing. Get no where with this group
