Review for Daniel Khan - managing ZPD U.K. LTD properties - lazy - didn’t arrange fixing of windows in a property for 6th months which lead to fungus growing in the property and over belongings , didn’t respond to most emails or calls, often didn’t work at least 1 day during the week - rude - unprofessional response, often accused tenants of not paying because he wasn’t bothered to check email, without any evidence - dumb - couldn’t use proper spelling in the emails, sent often emails at 2 am or in the middle of the night U... read more

Staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They also practice unethical billing. We had routine maintenance done to our AC unit in our condo - inspect and flush the system and we paid the invoice. A week later Empress "inspected" our condo and had their own contractor do the exact same maintenance and then sent us the bill. When we asked why they did not respond and are now sending us late statements with no response. We have asked for calls and meetings to discuss and get no reply.

About the worst you can get. Says what you want to hear, even puts it in email, then does NOTHING to fix issues at the complex. Company is being sued in federal court for negligence on a high-rise condo building. This might put them out of business.

My experience with the company has not been the best They have no respect for the communities and constantly give no reply or short replies that are demeaning and no respect for the community's concern. They seem to kiss up to the boards but treat members like they do not matter. They only communicate when they have to. They do not go beyond, no events or even effort to give community events or interactions. This company is awful DO NOT RENT FROM THEM OR IT WILL BITE YOU IN THE ASS. THEY ARE NOT COMPASSIONATE OR CARING. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. AWFUL HATEFUL AND REALLY STUPID COMPANY and they only got one star because I had to

I agree with the other respondants. This company is completely unprofessional and does not do its job! The employees are rude, condescending and act like they are being put out when asked to do their job. Obviously they forget that the homeowners pay their salaries. This is the absolute worst management company and if up to me I would fire them on the spot. The owner needs to take a hard look at the company she is trying to promote because it is sorely lacking

Empress is the worst, they are rude, they act indignant when asked to do their jobs. Jessica never returns an email and Christine is just rude and dismissive. They are so lacking in customer service skills, it’s amazing they have any clients left.

I give them a 0. Poor management and communication. I homeowner of my 2 condos for 15 years in Crescent keyes north myrtle beach and have never been late or missed payment of my homeowner dues. Empress management takes over October 2019 and claims they never received my payments for 3 months and sent us to a collection agency without a a phone call or email or a warning. Empress Management is using contractors that are not registered with the county which means that their contractor B & H cannot repair plumbing ,electrical,hvac ect. so why are they sent to look at plumbing issues and they charge twice as much as someone that can actually make the repair. If anyone knows of them making these repairs please document it.
