got my lashes done and all started falling out and ripping out with every brush through my lashes within 24 hours it looks like I had them on for 3 weeks :( worst $120 spent will never go back

I came to this salon as it’s close to home & this was my first time coming to the salon. Walking in, it’s very cute and I really liked that they had a VIP/Private party room. Thoughts of coming back for a private party entered my head. My waxing was first and no complaints. I spoke with the lady who greeted me and discussed the services I wanted. I choose this place because their prices are reasonable but there service is not. Some days they have tons of staff others there are literally two people working to service the needs of several clients. Ive been asked to leave and come back several times on different occasions while they attempt to get someone here because they are understaffed. Horrible rushed job. My toe nails were cut completely off and the nail tech was filing my skin. My nails are super thick with acrylic after tell the tech I wanted a natural clean look. Overall it was a rushed bad experience and I will not be returning. I have been going here since April of last year and have never received service this horrible.
