Tracy came off as really friendly, but once I signed up and paid for the 3 session package of 1.5 hour of transformational coaching ($399) with her, things started to change and ended on a really really bad note. Long story short, I went in for low self-esteem and anxiety issues and came out feeling really disrespected. My intial meeting with Tracy was a 1.5 hour combo session (60 min coaching & 30 min hypnotheraphy- $169). Tracy is a very welcoming individual and instantly makes you feel comfortable in her space. I have not experienced hypnotherapy before, but the treatment allowed me to relax completely after a busy day! My body became very relaxed and her voice allowed me to trust and listen. I find it very important that you feel safe in these types of treatments. The script she wrote really resonated with me and I felt empowered afterward! Thanks Tracy!
