I strongly recommend Robert if you need a professional to take care of your Air-conditioning or Heating System. Another contractor installed a new AC unit in my house, but a very poor installation cost me more money than I expected. The unit did not working properly and the tehcnician make a total mess. A driver of their van swerved in front of me and then brake-checked me. Tip - if you’re going to put a giant ad on your van, make sure your drivers are competent. I will never use these services because of this experience.

Robert is honest, friendly, thorough, fairly priced, and just overall personable. I work in real estate out of state and wish I had a technician like him in my service area. Alas, I am grateful he can at least service my personal home. He’s the best I’ve worked with!

I cannot express enough how remarkable my experience with Empowered has been; their service surpassed all of my expectations. I was concerned that I would have to endure the entire weekend without air conditioning. If your heating or cooling system is malfunctioning, look no further.

Robert has been amazing to work with. He came out last year and replaced and fixed an issue related to a different company. He went above and beyond to try to figure out not only the underlying issue but also a workaround in the interim. This year we had him out to do our annual maintenance and he was very helpful, explaining things as he went along and showing me how to clean the drain. We highly recommend Empowered!
