I've worked with both Lauren on the acupuncture side and Travis on the chiropractic side. I've done cupping therapy and Graston/deep tissue work and I cannot say enough how much seeing Lauren and Travis has helped reconnect that mind-muscle connection when weight-training. They are also invested in the wellness of their clients as opposed to being business oriented. RecommendedI decided to give acupuncture a try. Lauren is very knowledgeable and takes the time to form a plan with you. I did not know what to expect with Acupuncture. She is very gentle and puts your mind at ease. I would highly recommend Empower Chiropractic and Acupuncture to anyone.
Very knowledgeable, I’ve had issues with my hip and knee and Travis explained why I’m having the issue I’m having. And have me stretches and ways to help it get better.
Lauren has such a calming presence. She listened to all my symptoms and asked what I was looking for for results. After on session, I felt soooooo much better. My energy was back. My pain reduced. I recommend everyone to go see her!

Travis is an extremely knowledgeable, conscientious and professional chiropractor. He is super affordable and can always fit me in when I need. I was first referred to him after a hip injury I had been dealing with for months. He completely fixed my hip after a couple sessions and I’ve continued care with him because the results are outstanding. His work has far exceeded my expectations and I will continue to refer him to friends and family.
