Both Lauren and Travis are incredible! I suffer from chronic pain due to scoliosis and tendonitis in both wrists. Travis always alleviates the pain and teaches you how to stretch properly! I have ptsd, anxiety, disordered eating, sleep disorder, depression...you name it!! Acupuncture and cupping with Lauren has been an amazing healing process. She listens...like actually listens and cares! I’m very grateful to have found these two!
Dr. Dyer is not what I was expecting. Not only did he fix the issues I was having, but fixed issues I didn’t know were connected. I’ve had a shoulder drop for over 13 years. After one visit my shoulder is much higher than it was and pain I was having in my elbow is gone. Power Doc takes the time to make sure he’s doing what’s best to help you and isn’t just trying to keep you coming back. Very honest and great at his job! Would definitely recommend to anyone with mobility or lifting issues.
I would highly recommend anyone with neck and trap tightness to give cupping a try ! Lauren is wonderful with her clients. She listens to your concerns and explains every step of your treatment ! It helps me tremendously with my range of motion and my strength in the gym. Both Lauren and Travis are wonderful and definitely know how the body works !

I received treatment from Travis for some muscles/joints that have been bothering me for about 4 years. I was blown away at the instant relief I experienced. I will 100% continue my treatments at Empower. I can’t even describe my pain level when I had to sit in the car for even 5 minutes, my hour drives are now pretty smooth. I’m thrilled and I’m thankful!
My appointment was with Travis. I was very stiff and in pain because of it, had difficulty doing certain movements in the gym because of it. He was able to correct these issues and tell me how to prevent them in the future. They have not returned. 100% would point anyone his way!
The expertise and level of care are unmatched. I went in with a very cynical attitude and came out grateful and humble. Dr. Dyer has helped with multi level issues that I had been struggling with for a long time with no reprieve. I highly recommend visiting with her and seeing seeing what acupuncture can do for you!!!
