Very nice service and authentic Thai – I catered with Emporium quite a few times for my school events, and will always do. I am Thai myself and I like the food. (I don't eat too-spicy, though). And most of my American friends love the food, people always come for 2nd round (during our event) and we never have left-overs. The service is great. Courteous and caring staffs there. In short, Great service, good Thai food, very close to UCLA
Authentic Thai !!!!! – Try their Pad Thai and various curriesss!!!! One of the best Thai food with the real authentic taste you can find in LA.
Great customer service – Try the tom yum koong and don't forget the som tum (papaya salad). In West LA, it can be hard to find a good and authentic Thai restaurant, but those 2 dishes make me feel like I'm back at home. I like this place so much that I now cater UCLA events from here. Leave room for dessert too. Not too many Thai restaurants offer these. My favorite is the coconut ice cream with warm sticky rice.
Wonderful Thai Flavors – This restaurant is one of my favorite Thai restaurants. I?ve been eating here for over 5 years and I keep coming back for more. By now, I think I?ve tried practically everything on the menu and I have yet to find something I didn?t like. I travel to Thailand almost every year, so trust me, I know what real Thai food should taste like and this place rocks!
Easily the Best Thai in LA (East, West, or Otherwise!) – I saw the negative review below and had to weigh in! I don't know where this guy got his taste but he is WRONG WRONG WRONG! There is nothing better than Emporium Thai. I lived in Thailand for several months and am quite the Thai food snob. BEST THAI FOOD IN WEST LA!!!!!!!! – I HAVE BEEN EATING in EMPORIUM for over 5 years and I have also tried many other thai restaurants in the greater LA region but I have yet to find an authentic thai restaurant like Emporium. UGH. – This place was awful. We ordered take-out one time only because we live around the corner, but I'd rather drive FAR to get good Thai than eat this stuff again. Their pad thai tasted and looked like Trader Joe's frozen pad thai lunch. Their shrimp tempura rolls tasted like they'd gone bad (yes, I know it's not a sushi bar, but if you're going to serve sushi, make it decent). Awesome Thai – I love this place. The food is the BEST Thai food I have ever had and I have eaten at alot of Thai restaurants but see for yourself. They are extremely proffesional and did I mention the great food!!!!!!!!
Nice Thai Place – Probably the best Thai Place in Westwood. This is the closest authentic Thai place I've encountered in Westwood. Food is good, service is good and the price is about right. You get alot of food for what you pay for, I always walk home w/ a doggy bag full of Pad Thai. You wont regret coming here.
