I had owner Alberto inspect our roof. I was expecting him to find something wrong, but to my surprise he said he checked everything thoroughly, sent me pictures of each component of roof, and explained to me that there is no issues in any part of my roof. And all of this transparency didn't cost us anything. If we have an issue down the line, I will be contacting Empire Xteriors!

I had Empire Xteriors come out to replace my 4" gutters and downspouts, with 6" gutters and larger downspouts, and a couple of missing shingles. While they were doing the work, they noticed some damaged wood behind a couple of sections of gutters. They were able to replace those sections also while they were here. Alberto and his team are so wonderful! They were very communicative and walked me through the process of replacing my roof from beginning to end including meeting my insurance adjuster during the roof inspection to make sure everything was noted for the insurance claim. It’s obvious when you talk to Alberto that he is very knowledgeable and is an expert in this industry after many years of experience. I can’t recommend this company enough and am so grateful for the excellent work and customer service I received.
