We had an amazing experience with Empire Tree Service! Carlos is not only professional but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening with the 32 trees on our property, and it was clear he genuinely cares about their health. I absolutely loved these guys. They showed up when they said they would, were careful about not damaging our roof, and did not make a mess. Our trees look beautiful. As far as the person below who complained about Empire Tree Service's level of care: we had a tree removed and they used a stump grinder. One of the workmen stood there with a shield to block any flying debris from hitting our house! Empire tree service is the best around. Carlos is an awesome honest dude. They have the best prices and are fast and efficient. The crew are very professional and know how to properly execute the job. They cut down my 30 plus foot trees in few hours. Cleaned up after themselves well left the site clean. If you’re looking for honest hard working company with best prices, I highly recommend empire tree service.
These folks are simply great to work with. They were very accommodating when we had to postpone our appointment twice and Carlos was good about staying in touch. The work they did was excellent and they got it done quickly. Thorough clean up job after finishing. We think the fee they charged was fair for the work that was done. Will definitely call them again when the trees need a haircut.
Carlos removed a huge crepe myrtle tree in my yard. They were on time, communicated well, worked hard and quickly. They did a great job! Highly recommend.
