Get directionswe had new flooring installed a year and a half ago and it started to buckle and bubble. When we called the company they denied the claim without looking at it saying it was moisture in an area that there isn't any water sources. We had them come out and look the service Technion stated she didn't see water damage. Now we get a call that our claim is denied for water damage and our flooring is no longer available a year later. but if we want to spend another overpriced $6000 we can order a new floor. Very unhappy-
