I had a neck surgery done in September of 2023. The staff was very professional, and everything was clean and orderly. On a personal note, I was extremely apprehensive to go under the knife... you never know what could happen! Thankfully, Dr. Light and his staff are diligent in their duties and had me finished in no time! They are that good! I recommend them to anyone having surgery. Thank you, Empire Surgical Institute 💜

The hospital is small, but clean. The staff and doctors were incredibly kind and compassionate, very professional, and knowledgeable, with great attention to details. They made us feel very comfortable about the procedure. We had no problem finding the place, and we're from out of town.

DO NOT GO HERE. Their address takes you Ontario Mills and you have to call them and talk to some girl and listen to her TRY to explain how to get there, but makes it even harder to find, then you get there at your scheduled appointment time and you will not even be seen or talked too for AN HOUR AND A HALF PASSED your appointment. This place is a joke and very unorganized. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. They will waste your day leaving you sitting in the lobby for a 5 minute appointment.
