RecommendedExcellent service. Very reasonable. Our hot water tank quit on us and we needed a new one asap. We called Empire State Plumbing first thing the next day and had a new tank installed by the early afternoon. We really appreciated them coming even in a snowstorm. We highly recommend this company and will use them again whenever something comes up. Please take the chance on this company it is worth it.
Pipes burst in my barn and I called them based on reviews. they were here within 30 mins at 3am and everything was fixed and working within an hour. excellent service

Tom and Mike arrived on time for appointment and quickly and efficiently installed a new water heater the same day I called. Tom, Steve & Mike recently converted my hot water tank over to a tankless Noritz unit. The install came & went without any issues and the skill level of these men shows in their work. All fittings & lines are perfectly placed in a fashion of not only what works but where it belongs. They did such a great job I called them back to install an upflush toilet in my basement. I called Empire because I just purchased my first home and I had a strange acting toilet, a slow draining shower with some gurgling in the sinks. Steve, with his 12 years of experience, diagnosed the issue over the phone-sight unseen and knew it could lead to a much larger problem. Just had our new dishwasher installed this past week. Called Thursday and on Friday morning they were there and within two hours installed and old dishwasher out of the house and cleaned up. This included having to figure out how to hook the dishwasher on to our cabinets since it couldn’t be hooked to our stone counters. Installer was friendly and quick. Would consider using them again for another job.
