I Love Empire Properties! I was a tenant with them for a year before I found a new home. They were very nice and quick with maintenance. They're service is awesome!
Some management was nice I really liked the maitance coordinator. But these people had someone show the apartment that lied to us saying they were going to install a washer and dryer on top of other promises that never fell through probably just so he could get a commission, they have rarely gotten back to us in a timely manner about work that has to be done with the apartment or when it came to us having to contact them about other people they allowed to rent here that are literally doing drugs on the premise and have consi... read more
When I tell you I am glad my lease is up with Empire Properties. Lord knows I don't know what I would do If I had to stay a full year with these folks. I was originally renting through Destination Real Estate who by the way is a wonderful Property Management company! They were the ones managing my current apartment complex but Empire Properties ended up buying them! Started and ended a little rough due to a property management change that occurred with an Old landlord. They are now trying to charge me for a refrigerator cooling issue that has occurred recently and I reported it directly to management. They do not plan to place or fix my refrigerator within 7 days although this is deemed an emergency due to food loss and child safety concerns.
