Ordered 10 wings, got 8 1/2 and they were really dry.
Do not go to this place. Their customer skills are horrendous. They do not go on the basis that the customer is always right, meaning they can't take criticism. To insult a senior citizen after getting her order wrong 3 times is unacceptable. There are other businesses which are much more customer friendly.
Food sux except the pizza ....food is never consistent....the cheese burger you get today won't taste the same if you buy it the next day ...I'm no longer getting their food
Just ordered a salad and I'm super impressed! All fresh ingredients , even the strawberries!! This was my first order from Empire & I will definitely order again. Thank you!
We order from Empire at least once/week. Great pizza, great wings, Best chicken tenders in Glens Falls! Sometimes there are mistakes, but they have always handled them well. :-)
