We ordered a couple of nights worth of dinner from Empire on Sunday because our 5 year old Granddaughter is visiting. Well 48 hours later my wife opened the box for the small cheese pizza ( only pizza Granddaughter will eat) and it was sausage, other cheese and other toppings. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Hands down only cares about money and not his customers or his employees. Charged me full price to upgrade to curly fries, charged for the soda on a lunch special and when I could t flag his driver down to take it back and give me my refund, he said he was very busy and wouldn’t send a driver back.
This place has horrid customer service, and they do not know the difference between a Stromboli and Calzone. Hint: 1 is rolled, 1 isn’t! I called in the mistake and they told me that is how they make them and that’s that. Well Empire Pizza, learn your product better, thank you!
