Don't order off grub hub and pay cash. apperently the prices are wrong on grub hub. you will go to pick up and you will be charged more. that happened to me today. ordered on grub hub 34.04 get to the store and it was 42.09 very deceiving and in called for I shouldn't of had to pay more because you don't know how to update your menu. I was there just a week ago and no issue.
Respond appropriately when they make an error.
I ordered 2 large pizzas at 550 tonight online.... said delivery at 648. I had to call in to see where my order was at 715. Talked to a lady who called me"hunny" one to many times. She said "we have been very busy but i know your order just left and will be there shortly". ( i live around the corner). 30 minutes went by and no order so i called again... come to find out that the order was NEVER made. NEVER MADE!!! Called to order and was told they were not currently taking orders and hung up on at 7pm on a Friday night. Driving by I see that they’re open and decide to stop in. They immediately took my order no problem and continued to take orders by phone as I waited for my food. Unreal. Which is it? Taking orders or not

DO NOT order from EMPIRE PIZZA!!!!! I ordered a COLD club sandwich, fries and mozzarella sticks and this is how I got it! You don’t put hot food on top of a cold sandwich. I called and the guy said too bad that’s the way it comes unless u ask for them to be in separate containers!! That is Absurd!!!
