Empire Pest spayed our place, with little to no effect, called back the tech that serviced us (Andrew)who was ever so nice, and he said he could do a repay and I needed to schedule it with Mike the manager. When I called Mike he said that they could but we would have to repay. No guarantees.

This company is sending people to gated communities at 7:45 PM on Friday nights, knocking on doors trying to make sales while people are trying to spend time with their families

dude has terrible terrible attitude. asked if chemicals were safe and he said yes, then had to take my cat to the vet from excessive drooling after the treatment.

I have been thrilled with the service from Empire. My neighbor started using them and recommended them to me. They are easy to schedule; my first appointment was scheduled by phone and the rest have been scheduled as recurring appointments with text reminders. They show up on time, don't waste any time in treating, and make sure they hit any areas of concern. I get an email with the services performed and I can pay my invoice directly from there.
