Incredible customer service! I'd buy from them again. Dave and Ali were so incredibly patient, efficient, and friendly during the entire buying process.
Not what I expected A year ago my father bought a car here and they didn't go about the deal correctly. Not only that bought I couldn't step foot on the lot with out someone coming up to me immedialty. I really would have rather at least spent 1 minute alone then having someone hound me right away. Also one of the sales men made a sexual comment to me which I did not appreciate one bit. I did call him out on it. I will NEVER purchase a car here.
New Car This dealership offered professional sales personnel that helped us select a new vehicle that met all the requirements we asked for. They were able to find us the make, model,color we wanted all in one day. They had the sales program to meet our price target.
Have purchased 3 cars from here! We have tried looking at other dealerships, but always end up going back to Empire. They have a lot of selection, and they will go out of their way to satisfy you. My first car came with a year's worth of free oil changes! When we purchased a second car from them the salesman even took us off the lot where the extra cars are "stored" to find us the color we wanted.

RecommendedIt was the best car buying experience I have ever had. No playing games, no add-ons no pressure. I highly recommend Empire Nissan to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

This is the second location of a Nissan dealership I visit today. In their website they claim they have 20 cargo vans nv200s. They take me in so we can start a deal and I gave my offer because my dad had just bought one but at a different location. Sales manager came out saying that my offer isn’t reasonable and that 18 vans had just sold and he had 1 that I wanted but he wasn’t going to lower the price.
