Excellent customer service from service adviser Mark. He answered all my questions and treated me like I was a friend. I was greeted immediately, offered water, offered shuttle home if needed , and most of all I liked the on line access to progress being done in real time. Huge thanks to all.

Quite possibly the worse dealership I've ever had the misfortune to have provide service... and expensive service at that. They NEVER return voice messages you leave! You wait for like 10-minutes in an attempt to reach somebody, only to have your call default to "leave a message". Brought this to the attention of our service writer Gary W. twice, a self-proclaimed longtime employee who states that everybody wants him and nobody else (right), only to have him say, "yeah... well, sorry about that."
