Upon receiving a check engine light notification, I located the nearest Nissan Service Center and scheduled a same-day service appointment. During my visit, I was greeted by Michael and my service advisor, Ryan O’Keefe. Both individuals provided exceptional service and comprehensive information. My vehicle was serviced and ready for pickup the following day. I am highly satisfied with the overall customer service and experience. I have decided to engage their services for all future automotive needs.
Customer service was helpful, knowledgeable, fair, correct, quick, and efficient. I saw collaboration, teamwork, and communication when I received my service. From receiving my documents on my phone to paying for my service. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I will go back for my Nissan's maintenance.

He kept me up to speed during the whole order process, John Fakhoury ” the GM”, Izzy Otero. “ The service Director”, and Walter Serrano “in parts “, were also extremely helpful in getting the dealer install parts set up for installation Thanks again to the outstanding team at Empire Nissan! As a follow up, I just had my illuminated kick plates installed along with my rearview camera and mirror.
