Love this dealership they have always helped fix any issues I’ve had we work with service advisor Mark Avila and he’s the best he’s one of the main reasons we keep going back to Empire Nissan!!! Always great deals for vehicle services and they are just so attentive !!!

I've already wrote a review, but I can't find it.I think it was deleted. I came in for my oil change And my tire rotation, and I asked Jill to check on the window guards that keep out the leaves and the dirt on the front passenger and driver's side and everything is all cracked up and cracking to pieces 5 yrs old, and she said she would check on that and she would check my warranty to see if it would be covered on warranty or not.
