My husband and I brought our car in today for our maintenance appt. Steve Trevino our service tech again came through for us. Always gives us exceptional service and always answers our questions, he's awesome. Thank you Steve for always taking the time in giving us outstanding service. This Empire Nissan in Ontario has grade A customer service absolutely recommend, we worked with Mark Avila. Had issues with another dealership that I will not name, but it was a legitimate issue that would not be acknowledged. We felt pretty frustrated gaslit and disappointed thinking we were not going to receive help.
