I had a good experience with this mechanic. Before the work, I made sure to clearly discuss the issue and confirm the required fix, which helped avoid any confusion later. Once everything was clarified, the job was completed properly and the outcome was good. I appreciate the service and the work done on my car. Happy to give a 5-star rating based on my experience.

Worst experience, really regret going here. I saw their board saying "Free Pink Slip with Service". I did the service and paid $250, but they didn't give me the free pink slip. They asked for $300 more to fix the engine, otherwise they won't pass the pink slip. I refused. If I went somewhere else, I could get service and a pink slip easily within $250. Waste of money and misleading.

Can’t recommend Empire Mechanics enough! I took my car in for a service and an issue with my bumper. I’d previously paid another mechanic $1,000 for the same fix, only for it to fall off two weeks later. Qaies was extremely honest and assured me his work would hold, he even promised that if it fell off again, he’d replace the whole thing for free. Today, I went for my car wheel alignment. It is a worst experience with their service. Just he completed within 10 mins, and after wheel alignment I asked the wheel alignment report. He said they could not provide any report because of my car rare tyres not enough button. They said a stupid reason to give wheel alignment report. But they charged $65/-. I am not sure what he did for wheel alignment. I never suggest this mechanic centre. Its my bad day.. Please be causious, we should not believe blindly.
