They were trying to pump up the price ($550) by disassembling the whole exhaust systems to make room for propshaft change on disco3, because they were worried about cracking the heat shield that was already damaged by propshaft breaking. They tried to force me to cover the cost of the quote ($80) and they didn't even notice the heat shield being damaged.
