I went in to this auto shop thinking it would be a quick, straightforward visit to renew my registration. In and out, tick the box, move on with my day. Instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare. Can’t recommend Empire Mechanics enough! I took my car in for a service and an issue with my bumper. I’d previously paid another mechanic $1,000 for the same fix, only for it to fall off two weeks later. Qaies was extremely honest and assured me his work would hold, he even promised that if it fell off again, he’d replace the whole thing for free. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT COME HERE I recently bought a car from the owner of this shop Quaies, he assured me there was nothing wrong with the car, and even supplied me a pink slip. (illegally) I stupidly believed him and bought the car. Not even 20 minutes after buying the car I returned home and the engine light showed up and the car started running badly. Today, I went for my car wheel alignment. It is a worst experience with their service. Just he completed within 10 mins, and after wheel alignment I asked the wheel alignment report. He said they could not provide any report because of my car rare tyres not enough button. They said a stupid reason to give wheel alignment report. But they charged $65/-. I am not sure what he did for wheel alignment. I never suggest this mechanic centre. Its my bad day.. Please be causious, we should not believe blindly.
So impressed with Qaies! Super honest, reliable, and didn’t try to rip me off like so many others do. He went the extra mile and made sure everything was perfect. 100% recommend him if you want a mechanic you can actually trust.
