Only place I will get salami & hotdogs!!! Good old fashioned butcher shop. Best meat around. They always give a few slices of salami while they are slicing (my daughter ❤️'S that)!! Family owned business that always takes great care of their customers!!!
Whoever is responsible for the fresh Chorizo - I bow before you. PLEASE, PLEASE make more.. IN fact, I will gladly sponsor a 15 or 20 lb run of this product if the heat is turned up another 10-20%... These were the best ! Better than Oscar's Smokehouse in Warrensburg NY (from whom, I WAS (past tense)a regular mail order client) .. Keep up the fine work - MORE FRESH CHORIZO !!!!
