In keeping with my family holiday tradition, I purchased a pork shoulder for Thanksgiving. It was so tender, juicy and flavorful. I used Daisy Martinez' wet rub, cooked at 250 for 12 hours. It was the best I ever had!! I also purchased the homemade sausage with sage for the turkey stuffing. It was so delicious! It's now my go-to shop for meat. Thank you, Empire!
