The visit took long, especially since I had the baby but the customer service was amazing and I had an issue with my seatbelt, this was my 4th visit regarding the same issue and it was finally fixed so I’m very pleased with it.
My recent service was great & received my car within a few hrs of dropping off. The service advisor Anthony was a pleasure to deal with, he was great. Will always continue to bring my Palisade to be serviced at Empire Hyundai of New Rochelle.
I brought my car in to replace a tire that had a bubble. Krystina Colon, a service advisor, assisted me. She was super professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. She was an absolute pleasure. Also, the tire was changed in under an hour! I highly recommend Empire Hyundai and seeking Ms. Colon when in need of your car repairs for her assistance in making it happen!
Went to this dealership for a routine oil change. Though I have had several not so pleasant experiences at this particular location, this last visit was exceptional. The service was top notch and my service advisor Krystina Colon was awesome! She has a very laid back and calm demeanor which can be a very soothing in such an abrupt world.
