Pleased with their work overall, requested that they adjust the gate which was corrected in a timely manner. Concerned that the nails are leaving rust lines on the fence.
Prompt, courteous, professional, and the lowest bidder. We had no problems so we can't comment on follow-up customer service. Would recommend Empire should the opportunity arise.
