Low fuss, low muss, incredibly easy to deal with. Kevin and Ariel took great care of me, if Empire has a unit you're interested in I highly recommend them. The owner and staff are cordial and friendly, you never feel pressured into anything, options are laid out in a clear and reasonable manner, and declining additional sales/services are handled with a smile and professionalism. Great experience!
These people are so caring. I hurt myself because I thought my car was in park and wasn't. They rushed to my aid and were awesome extremely caring it was pleasure to meet them.
As a military man I have been literally around the world and back. Never have I met a group of better people then I have dealt with at this place of business. Best customer service I've ever encountered and I will never do business with another dealer even if I move away from Washington. Thank you Empire Cycle for being so badass!

Traveling the country on my street triple. I needed an oil change and a new tire on a short timeline. Tania got me scheduled in and by the time The paperwork was completed the rear tire was already being replaced! The best customer service I have ever had from a bike shop in 43 years of riding. It's also the dealer that my first bike came from in 1971!! Still the best and getting better with age! Thank you Empire!!
