Kristen (The owner) and Tony her parts guy did right by me. I needed a new front tire for a long motorcycle trek I was on with my wife. Tony had to find the right tire and have it delivered the next day when we were riding through. Service had to book us in at that time. They did both. Triumph dealers tend toward a family-like feel and Empire is no different. I’d buy or service a bike there anytime.
