On a cross country ride from PA, and needed new tires. Called and talked to Tonya (service); she got me scheduled in and Jeff (parts) had tires I needed in stock. Geoff (technician) let me use their pressure washer to give the bike a bath, and he mounted/balanced new tires and installed rear brake pads in short order. Kevin gave me a dealership shirt and showed me some of the inventory. A very satisfying experience; highly recommended.
I'm relatively new to Spokane. I do must of my own maintenance but getting parts and supplies was easy and the people at the counter were very helpful !
I had my a rticat and my Polaris worked on and bought my articat from there great people and great service thanks empire you all are great
