Terrible product and worst customer service ever. I bought bamboo flooring and it was installed improperly--it started buckling and coming up in a matter of weeks. That was SEVEN MONTHS ago. When I contacted the installers and asked what to do, they said "put a rug on it." I have repeatedly called the company itself, which has been dragging its feet and has not done ANYTHING to fix the situation. Once they have your money, they don't have your back.
