Very friendly and very helpfull even when credit was low they helped us out .
They were really helpful and friendly!!! Sam answered all my questions!
UPDATE: We got our key. It shouldn't have taken 2 months to get it, but thank you. I will change/delete this rating when I recieve our key. A month ago when we paid for it you said you would mail it. It's been a month and haven't gotten it yet, even though I've been told several times you've mailed it. I paid $150 for a fucking key and i want it! Have a manager call me ASAP!
I was thoroughly impressed with the service we received by the Empire team. We went in knowing what we wanted and they made it happen. They were patient courteous and and didn't push. I would definitely recommend Empire to my friends and family. Thank you!
