Purchased this 2016 Sienna from Emperor Motor, Feb 2020. Anthony and Benson are professional and courteous. I came in prequalified with Cap One at 4.4%/ 60 months, and got a better deal with Anthony’s referral to Patelco Credit Union at 4.0%/ 60 months, what a great deal. Very knowledgeable and passionate car dealer, highly recommend!

I went to test drive the car, drove 90 miles each way. It turned out that the Actual car options and features were not matching the advertised ones. Dealer blamed it on having no control over online marketing. Aside from the car features the dealer was nice and customer service oriented no pressure at all, however, the misleading advertising was a turn off and upsetting.
