To protect our customers and the vehicles, we required a loan application on file for test driving which is understandable. We are not able to allow people come in and take the car for test driving randomly. For high end vehicle such as the one you were showing interested on needed extra care and attention. Anthony was great, super friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Went the extra mile to help me get a loan for the car I picked. Definitely will recommend Emperor Motors.

Very Honest , I love my new Lexus ES 350 ❤
The dealer was quick to respond, but the car was in rough shape cosmetically. You could even seen where they had photoshopped out a scratch on the hood of the vehicle! Also, the wheels were curb-rashed and it didn’t seem like it was in the photos. Very sketchy if you ask me.

If you were looking for a perfect shape vehicle, you should look for a NEW vehicle or used vehicle with higher price. Purchased this 2016 Sienna from Emperor Motor, Feb 2020. Anthony and Benson are professional and courteous. I came in prequalified with Cap One at 4.4%/ 60 months, and got a better deal with Anthony’s referral to Patelco Credit Union at 4.0%/ 60 months, what a great deal. Very knowledgeable and passionate car dealer, highly recommend!
