Sent two technicians to my house on Friday. Worked for a hour. They left. Didn’t say a word. My air conditioning is leaking water. They didn’t say a word and won’t return my calls and now I don’t have air-conditioning. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After having had a good experience with a new air-conditioning install, I’m shocked at how bad they handled this
I was incredibly impressed with how fast and professional their AC service was. The owner responded right away and had a technician at my house in less than 4 hours. The issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Very reliable, honest, and efficient service , highly recommended!!
